The client is a life sciences organisation with $bn of revenue working across the globe, across Asia Pacific, Europe, North and South America. Their core business is manufacture and distribution of key life sciences products to their customers worldwide.
Following a major merger within a global life sciences group, two legacy companies needed to operate as one. A single ERP system was critical. Access to the main company’s SAP was limited - but that access was expiring. There was a hard deadline to get off the legacy instance with potential penalties for delays. With deep client knowledge and a strong delivery track record, Sisua was brought in to lead this major global initiative.
Sisua placed senior experts into critical delivery roles to take control of the programme. We defined the delivery model, clarified scope, and secured the right resources both internally and from critical vendors. Drawing on real-world experience from similar programmes, we pre-empted risks, provided a structured plan, and guided teams with hands-on leadership, strategic insight, and constant challenge.
A successful global go-live both upgrading SAP ECC to SAP S/4 Hana and splitting and standing up a new instance of the system on time and within budget - across more than 14 plants spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. Hypercare was minimal. Feedback was strong. We’re now helping embed capability so internal teams are ready for what’s next.
