The client is a life sciences organisation with $bn of revenue working across the globe from New Zealand, to Europe, North and South America. Their core business is manufacture and distribution of key life sciences products to their customers worldwide.
The client needed help to meet critical deadlines both in mergers and acquisitions, and to mobilise and deliver crucial IT projects. This involved delivering a wide range of IT projects before, during and after a major divestiture and supporting legal entity restructuring activities.
Sisua was initially deployed to drive cutover planning for the divestiture to ensure all teams had clear plans in place to maintain business continuity following the divestiture. Subsequently Sisua deployed teams to drive a wide range of IT and business projects. This included, from an IT perspective, delivering manufacturing site expansions, infrastructure expansion programmes, driving the delivery of HR systems, desktop migrations, global call centre solutions and critical company wide workflow and data management tools.
