The client is an international marketing and advertising agency that operates in 145 countries. Its principal services are communications strategy through digital creative execution, media planning and buying, sports marketing and content creation, brand tracking and marketing analytics.
The client was undertaking a constant stream of merger and acquisition activity to rapidly expand their global presence and consolidate their market leading position. The Technology Operations team required additional capability to drive the end-to-end delivery of their portfolio of IT projects required to enable the successful integration of the acquisitions. This need for extra capability included areas such as analysis, change management, application roll-out and pre/post acquisition support.
Sisua partnered with the client to provide a number of key services to safeguard the IT delivery portfolio outcomes. This included designing and leading the change management for their largest acquisition – ensuring all users migrated over to the client IT services to drive a significant increase in collaboration capability. We created the platform for a seamless team, mobilising a central IT PMO to provide visibility and control of all global projects and providing project managers to drive capacity for M&A activity whilst upskilling internal team members to enable best-practice delivery capability.
