Chambers and Partners is the leading independent professional legal research company, identifying and ranking the most outstanding law firms and lawyers in over 180 jurisdictions globally. 

A leading independent professional legal research company operating across 200 jurisdictions was embarking on an ambitious strategy to improve how they engaged with their customers and delivered ranking information of solicitors to the wider market. They needed to revise their operating model, processes and tools but were not clear how they should approach this. 

Sisua was engaged to provide a team to advise on the data strategy and associated architecture for the new operating model.   

Having successfully delivered this, Sisua was then engaged to support the business analysis of the existing processes, and design future processes and a roadmap for their long-term implementation. 

Sisua delivered a robust data strategy and supporting architecture to underpin the client’s new operating model and went on to design the future-state processes alongside a practical, phased implementation roadmap. 

This provided the client with a clear, actionable path they could confidently deliver themselves over the long term.
