The major life sciences client was in the process of divesting several $bn of its business. With critical deadlines looming, they needed urgent support to plan deal-day activities to ensure business continuity and recovery of multiple critical programmes.
Sisua coordinated cutover planning for deal-day activities, ensuring all functional teams were prepared for business continuity. Managed key projects like HR transitions, infrastructure moves, and laptop deployments. We led the achievement of Transitional Service Agreement exit targets and transitioned IT programmes to a standalone organization. Improving the BAU processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting site expansions and acquisitions.
